Providing effective accommodations to employees with disabilities can raise many challenging issues, even for the most seasoned practitioner. This session will focus on some of these more complex issues, including requests for full-time and situational telework, requests for service or emotional support animals, and reassignments. You will hear examples taken from actual cases issued by the EEOC and engage in interactive discussion about the accommodation challenges you and your peers face in your work.
